The IOOF has been serving the needs of seniors in Ontario for over 100 years. The IOOF Seniors Homes Inc. is committed to serving seniors through the development of new and innovative concepts in support programs, health care services and housing initiatives.

The IOOF Seniors Home is a non-profit charitable organization currently operating several facilities located in Barrie, Ontario. The Organization provides a continuum of care for seniors aged 60 years and over from totally independent living to supportive housing, rent-geared-to-income housing and long-term care.

Oddfellow & Rebekah Home

Well known and respected in the community, the IOOF Home of 162 beds has been providing compassionate long-term care in an attractive and comfortable “home-like” setting in the residential part of Barrie known as old Allandale since 1940. The Home offers total care for the frail elderly by providing personal care with 24/7 Registered Nurse coverage, home-style meals and nutritious snacks, accommodation in safe, clean and comfortable bedrooms; many with ensuite washrooms and a high percentage of private accommodations. There are numerous lounges with TVs, an auditorium, library, solarium, activation areas and an enclosed garden courtyard area to enjoy the outdoors.

Oddfellow & Rebekah Manor

The Manor provides 20 rent-geared-to-income apartment units. It is an ideal situation for seniors who are capable of independent living.

Heritage Place

Heritage Place is an 80 unit supportive housing apartment complex with one or two bedroom units. Seniors residing at Heritage Place require some assistance. The clients served by Heritage Place enjoy the security, independence and the convenience of community involvement and support without the fears of living alone.

The Terraces at Heritage Square

The Terraces is especially suited to today's senior who appreciates the value of ownership but wants freedom from day-to-day maintenance. Enjoy your independence to travel, use the ammenities The Terraces has to offer, or make new friends in this caring community. Residents at the Terraces enjoy quiet, independent living in apartment-style suites from 763 to 1,521 square feet.
