Medication & Pharmacy

Medications are delivered directly to Heritage Place by the contracted pharmacy. For ease of use, a blister card system allows Residents to direct their own care by providing visual cues to see if a medication has already been taken or if a dose has been missed.

The consulting pharmacist visits to provide one on one consults to review medications.

The Pharmacy provides in house education sessions on a variety of topics that are relative to an aging population.
