Heritage Place is part of the larger IOOF campus which also consists of the Odd Fellow & Rebekah Home and the Odd Fellow & Rebekah Manor. A bridge links the three facilities together to promote maximum independence and reduce mobility hazards for our Residents.

Officially opened in 1994, Heritage Place features 80 barrier-free apartments, 70 one-bedroom and 10 two-bedroom, in which seniors can benefit from available supportive housing services. Such services include a meal plan where nutritious home cooked meals are offered in a pleasant dining room setting, housekeeping, therapeutic bathing assistance in an Apollo tub, medical clinic for those without a family physician, activity program and bus outings, and the Last Minute Store. The Residents served by Heritage Place can enjoy the security, independence and convenience of community involvement and support without the attendant fears of living alone. The one-bedroom units are approximately 638 square feet in size. The two-bedroom units measure approximately 960 square feet. They have a living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom(s), a bathroom and an in-suite storage room. A number of units are available as rent-geared-to-income.
